What We Collect
When you register as a guide on LetUsGuide, we collect: • Full name, email address, and contact number • Date of birth and gender for identity verification • Guide location, specialization, and languages spoken • Profile picture and bio / achievement details • Resettable device identifiers and usage logs for security
How We Use Your Data
Your information is used solely to: • Match you with travel agencies seeking guides • Verify your identity and guide credentials • Display your public guide profile to travellers • Send you booking requests and platform notifications • Improve LetUsGuide features and prevent fraud
Data Sharing
We share your guide profile (name, location, specialization, languages, and photo) with registered travel agencies when they search for guides. We do NOT sell your personal data to third parties. We may share data with service providers (e.g. cloud storage, analytics) who are contractually bound by strict confidentiality agreements and prohibited from selling your data.
Third-Party SDKs
LetUsGuide may include third-party SDKs for crash reporting and anonymised analytics to improve app stability and performance. These providers: • Do not receive personally identifiable information • Do not sell your personal data • Are contractually required to comply with applicable privacy laws and Google Play policies You can review SDK data practices via your device's privacy settings.
Security
We protect your personal data using industry-standard security measures, including: • Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS) for all network communication • Access-controlled cloud storage with role-based permissions • Regular security reviews to detect and address vulnerabilities Only authorised LetUsGuide staff and verified service providers can access guide information.
Data Retention
Your data is retained while your account is active. On account deletion, personal data is permanently removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
Your Rights

Cookies & Analytics
LetUsGuide uses anonymised analytics (session duration, feature usage) to improve the platform. No personally identifiable information is sent to analytics providers. You can opt out via your device settings.
Google Play Data Safety
A summary of our data collection and sharing practices is available in the Data Safety section on our Google Play Store listing. The information disclosed there is consistent with this Privacy Policy. If you notice any discrepancy, please contact us at support@aaryatm.com.
Profile Accuracy
As a registered guide, you are responsible for ensuring that all information on your profile — including location, specialization, language skills, and certifications — is accurate, current, and truthful. Providing false information may result in account suspension.
Profile Visibility
Your public profile (name, photo, location, specialization, and languages) is visible to travel agencies and travellers on the platform. Contact details such as your phone number are shared only after a booking is confirmed by both parties.
Certification & Verification
LetUsGuide may request supporting documents (e.g. guide license, government ID) for identity and credential verification. These documents are securely stored and reviewed only by authorised LetUsGuide staff. Approval status is independent of document submission time.
Availability & Bookings
You are expected to keep your availability calendar up to date. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may negatively impact your guide rating and result in temporary restrictions on accepting new trip requests.
Conduct Standards
Guides on LetUsGuide are expected to: • Treat all travellers and agency staff with respect • Deliver services as described in the trip agreement • Maintain appropriate communication through the platform • Promptly report safety concerns or incidents Violations of conduct standards may result in account removal.
Earnings & Payments
Payment terms, rates, and disbursement schedules are agreed between you and the travel agency at the time of booking. LetUsGuide is not a party to individual payment agreements unless otherwise stated.
Acceptance
By registering and using LetUsGuide, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to register as a guide on LetUsGuide. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this requirement.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at support@aaryatm.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
Prohibited Activities
You may not: • Create fake or duplicate accounts • Use the platform for any illegal activity • Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape LetUsGuide • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users • Circumvent agreed bookings to transact off-platform
Intellectual Property
All platform content, branding, and code is the property of LetUsGuide. You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, bio) but grant LetUsGuide a non-exclusive licence to display it within the platform.
Limitation of Liability
LetUsGuide provides the platform "as is" and makes no guarantees regarding booking volumes, earnings, or platform uptime. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LetUsGuide is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Termination
LetUsGuide reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Account, or by emailing support@aaryatm.com with your deletion request.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of LetUsGuide after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration unless prohibited by local law.
